At the 74th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and subsequent meeting of the Board of Directors held today, Adastria Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) resolved the following executive officer assignments.
The Company also announced a partial revision to the information disclosed in the Notice Concerning Board of Director Candidates and Change in Executive Officer Assignments released February 16, 2024.
