The Company announced that its Board of Directors resolved to appoint candidates for the Directors, Auditors and to appointment of Executive Officers on February 15, 2023.
The appointment of Directors and Auditors will be officially decided by a resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled on May 25, 2023.
