The Company announced that its Board of Directors has informally decided on the following changes to the positions of directors.
This matter is scheduled to be formally decided at the 71st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on May 27, 2021 and the Board of Directors meeting to be held after the meeting.

We have decided to adopt a new management structure in order to promptly respond to changes in society and the market and to steadily promote our growth strategy.
