We constantly maintain and review our working environment, to enable our employees to work with passion and joy, and to take big steps in life such as getting married or having children. For supporting our employees have a good work-life balance, we introduced the regional employment system, anniversary vacation, and the job return system. To cultivate young talents in fashion industry, we hold experience learning company tour, and internship for young people. We give opportunities to help them understand the enjoyment of fashion and think about their own career plan.
To expand the employment for people with disabilities, we established a subsidiary company, Adastria General Support Co., Ltd. We are building a better workplace environment by providing a sign language interpreter, industrial doctor and counselor for each employee to maximize their abilities and work comfortably. Also, we continuously support “Co-Co Life”, a free magazine for supporting women with disability by lending our fashion products.
